A: A clinical study conducted in May of 2019 found incredible improvements in participant's sleep by only changing the quality of air. Air purifiers remove particulates from the air. These cleaning devices reduce allergic symptoms and enhance sleep.
A: HEPA is the international gold standard for filtering particles—it means that 99.97 percent of particles 0.3 microns in diameter are trapped. For context, a human hair is 50 microns across.
